All prices in our webstore are shown in SEK and include 25% VAT unless otherwise is specified. Oribi maintains the right to change and correct prices in case of misprints or technical errors.
Oribi reserves the right for printing errors on our website and in our printed material, regarding prices, product functions and stock. We cannot guarantee that all images and print matches the products. We always strive to match our images and prints to the real products as closely as possible, and if you discovery any major error please send an email to our support team.
Complaints and grievances
All products delivered by Oribi have been inspected for quality before being shipped to you. Should the product still be defective or delivered incorrectly, Oribi commits to free of charge return and repair or exchange the product.
You always have to contact us, and receive a confirmation from us, before returning a defective or wrongly delivered product.
The complaint has to be sent to us as soon as the defect is discovered.
Limitation of Liability
Oribi is not responsible for any indirect damage or injury that may occur when using your products.
Oribi does not accept responsibility for delays, errors or damages outside of our companys control (Force Majeure). Such as labour conflicts, fire, war, natural disasters, government, delivery service failures et.c..
Oribi does not accept responsibility for changes to the product that happens outside of our companys control. Such as changes to software platforms or delivery services et.c..
Information about Cookies
According to law regarding electronic information, all visitors to our website must be informed about what cookies we use to deliver our services. The information collected in our cookie can be used to track a users interactions with our website. You can decline to accept this cookie in your browser.
Changes to Terms of Purchase
Oribi maintains the right to, at any point, change the terms of purchase. Changes in the terms of purchase will be considered accepted by the user in connection to placing an order or visiting our website.
If a dispute occurs between Oribi and a customer, and it cannot be solved by our support team, the customer can turn to ARN (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, www.arn.se).
For residents of another EU-country than Sweden, the customer can turn to the EU commissions platform for disputes (http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr)
When you place and order on our website, an order confirmation email will be sent to you. In this confirmation you’ll find information about products, prices, invoicing and delivery addresses. Please save your order confirmation in case you need to get in contact with our customer support.
If any information in the order confirmation is incorrect, contact us by email as soon as possible.
Delivery time is normally 1-4 business days. Orders placed after 3:30pm CET/CEST, or during weekend will be sent out the next business day.
If any delay occurs without us informing you about said delay, please get in contact with us through email as soon as possible.
When purchasing any of our physical products, such as our reading pens, you have a 30 day trial period when you have the right to send the product back to us even if you’ve opened and used it, as long as the product is returned in unchanged condition. You may not return the product if the included headphones have been used. A full return grants a full refund, as long as the product is complete with all accessories and is not showing signs of wear.
Our digitals downloads are considered instantly used and cannot be returned for a refund. Feel free to try all our software through our 30 day free trials listed on the website.
When returning a product
You have to contact us, informing us that you wish to return the product. This must be done within 30 days of you receiving the product. In your email you must include your name, address, email address, order number and what products are being returned.
Return the products after getting a confirmation email that we have received your return request. The return must be done within 14 days of us sending you the return request confirmation.
You must cover return shipping costs, and all accessories and parts of the product box must be included. Place the product in a box for shipping, do not place the shipping label on the product or product box.
Oribi maintains the right to deduct any possible value loss from the refund, in case of improper return or damaged product.
What cannot be returned through our return policy
- Products that have been custom made for this order.
- Services that have been completed, and explicitly have been accepted by the buyer.
- Digital downloads.
- Scanning pens where the headphones have been opened or used.
How to return a product
After contacting us with a description of the defect, and receiving the confirmation from us, send us an email containing your name, address, email address, order number and the description of the defect.
If we cannot solve the issue via our support team, you can send the product to our office address listed in the About Oribi section of this page. Return shipping is covered by the buyer unless anything else is agreed upon with our support team.
When processing our returns, we follow the recommendations by ARN (Allmänna Reklamationsnämnden, www.arn.se). Oribi maintains the right to decline a return for any reason.
